The service. A daily email of public inspection records and a directory listing, billed monthly per city at the price shown at sign-up.

Refunds and cancelling. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; service continues to the end of the paid month.

Records are public data. We republish government records as published and do not guarantee they are complete, current or free of errors. Verify before acting. A citation is not proof of any later condition.

Using the lists. Use them to offer legitimate pest control services. Follow all laws about contacting businesses, including do-not-call and email rules. Do not misrepresent that you are affiliated with a health department. Lists are for your own business and may not be resold.

Exclusive City Alerts. One company per city. While you hold it, no other paying company in that city receives instant alerts, and the shared Daily Alerts plans are not sold there. Exclusive is not available in a city where other companies already have Daily Alerts. If you cancel, the city opens to the waitlist.

Directory. Featured listings are paid and labeled. Free listings come from public information. We are not affiliated with any listed company and do not endorse any of them.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.
